‘Blade Runner 2’ Release Date, News & Update: Harrison Ford Punches Ryan Gosling? ‘Star Wars: The Force Awaken’ Star Didn’t Apologize?

Things are getting pretty intense on the set of "Blade Runner 2" between its actors, Harrison Ford and Ryan Gosling. In the January issue of GQ magazine, the "La La Land" actor revealed that the "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" star accidentally punched him in the face.

"It was kind of, you know, a rite of passage. We were just doing a fight scene and, you know, it just happened," Ryan Gosling revealed. In fact, after that "Blade Runner 2" scene, staff and crew gave the husband of Eva Mendes a bag of ice, but Harrison Ford shoved him off to stick his fist in the frost, according to People.

However, Harrison Ford expressed his regret in a different kind of way that he could only understand on the set of "Blade Runner 2." "He came by afterward with this bottle of scotch ... and he pulled out a glass from his pocket, poured me a glass, and walked away with the rest of the bottle," Ryan Gosling added.

It has been known that Harrison Ford has a "dry sense of humor" that not too many people understand. With his attitude, he can catch a lot off guard as he only took the "Blade Runner 2" incident in a stride. Dennis Villeneuve only made fun of the mishap when he said Ryan Gosling should consider that he was hit by Indiana Jones.

Meanwhile, the film's director Denis Villeneuve is known for keeping his movies private, but the anticipation in the coming "Blade Runner 2" is getting bigger, according to Collider. As the movie, now officially titled "Blade Runner 2049," is a sequel a lot didn't expect to happen, many have set their expectations high about what will the film has to offer this time.

With an all-star cast and the return of Harrison Ford in "Blade Runner 2" to reprise his role as Deckard from the original film, it is hard to avoid not to expect. "Blade Runner 2049" is set to be released on Oct. 6, 2017.
