Millions of fans are now excite for the upcoming premiere of the much-awaited "Descendants of the Sun" Season 2. Now, new reports are claiming that Song Joong Ki, Song Hye Kyo and other original cast were spotted together again after a very long time.

Soompi reports that Song Joong Ki, Song Hye Kyo and the other cast and crew of the "Descendants of the Sun" were reunited earlier this month. Sources have stated that they the cast and crew of the first installment had a get-together to create a commentary for the show's DVD version.
Aside from Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo, Jin Goo and Kim Ji Won are also there during the reunion. "Descendants if the Sun" director Lee Eung Bok and writers Kim Won Suk and Kim Eun Sook have also taken part on the DVD commentary.
Reports say that the "Descendants of the Sun" DVD will not only contain commentaries from Song Joong Ki, Song Hye Kyo, Kim Jin Won and Jin Goo as it will also have music videos, unreleased scenes, bloopers and interviews. It is scheduled to be released in November 2016.

Meanwhile, GamenGuide has previously reported that Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo have been spotted filming for "Descendants of the Sun" Season 2 already. However, it seems unlikely for the rumored couple to film right now as both of them are still busy doing other things.
Song Joong Ki is currently filming for the upcoming "Battleship Island" movie, while Song Hye Kyo is busy attending with her showbiz commitments. Fans, on the other hand, should prepare themselves as "Descendants of the Sun" Season 2 is very likely to happen. KBS is yet to comment on these reports.
