"Fortnite" Chapter 3 Season 2 is here and it is expected to last until June 3 at the very least.

According to a report by Polygon, the biggest change that players should expect from season two is the removal of building. However, Epic Games notes that building is still very much available in the game's competitive modes.

Some gameplay changes have been made as well, including the increase in movement speed and the ability to mantle onto ledges. These changes have been made so that players can better adjust to the new gameplay.

Players can also expect the arrival of Marvel characters such as Doctor Strange and Prowler. A new overshield is also available as well, which can recharge on its own and takes damage before regular shields do.

New Weapons, Vehicles, and Other Items

"Fortnite" Chapter 3 Season 2 also introduces new weapons to the game, such as the Combat SMG and Striker Burst Rifle. The latter, in particular, comes with a customized sight.

Players can also expect to find what is known as an IO Titan Tank. "Fire the Titan's cannon while you drive, and if you wanna be even more formidable, have a teammate control its machine gun turret," Epic Games recommends.

There is also a Siege Cannon that lets players launch themselves or a teammate in mid-air. While mid-air, players have the option to deploy the Glider.

Epic Games, Xbox to Support Ukraine Humanitarian Relief

In other "Fortnite" news, Epic Games and Xbox have committed to donating all of the game's proceeds to humanitarian relief in Ukraine for the next two weeks.

According to a report by IGN, "The donations will be collected from March 20 - April 3 and the funds will be sent to Direct Relief, United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), United Nations World Food Programme (UNWFP), UNHCR - The UN Refugee Agency, and more that will be 'added to this list in the coming weeks.'"

Epic Games clarified that it will not be waiting for the funds to come in first as it can take a while. Instead, what the game developer is planning to do is to log the transactions as soon as they are reported so that the funds can be sent within days.
