Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge Players Can Now Queue Up Daily Missions

Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge Players Can Now Queue Up Daily Missions
Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge, the free-to-play card game developed by Everguild Ltd., just received a major patch that includes a reworked missions system, as well as quality of life features - some of which improve the mobile experience.

Queue Up

Update v1.8.0 has overhauled Warpforge's missions system. Players can now queue up their daily missions so that they can complete them one after another. This means that they can technically finish all of the daily missions in one sitting if they want to. Players can have three daily missions on their plate at a time, while another three can be put in a queue.

The company has also made a change that gives players the freedom to finish the missions at their own pace. Now, daily missions will no longer rotate automatically unless they are re-rolled.

Everguild has implemented some performance improvements to Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge, with a focus on reducing battery consumption and optimizing memory use, especially on mobile devices. The company stated that memory-related crashes have been reduced to a minimum as a result of these changes.

Additionally, Android users now have the option to enable push notifications.

Patch Notes

    • You can now change language while in battle, including during the tutorial.

    • Prepared the game for upcoming Black Friday deals!

    • The music volume setting now controls the volume of the loading screen video.

  • Bug Fixes

    • Update the Black Legion campaign to replace an Epic card which appeared twice as a reward (Gifts of Chaos). One instance has now been changed to Spawndom.

    • The Daily Login Bonus will no longer count towards the Weekly Challenge.

What Lies Ahead

The company has some interesting things in store for Warpforge players coming very soon. In the last few days of November, Everguild is set to bring an upgraded Creator Program, where content creators could gain exclusive access to new content and features ahead of everyone else.

Aside from that, players can expect the game's first ranked season to begin sometime in December. To provide the best possible experience to the competitors, Everguild is going to release one more balance patch along with several bug fixes and improvements before the competitive season starts.

The first quarter of next year is also going to be a banger because the company will introduce new and exciting features, such as the highly anticipated "Alliances System" and a whole new faction!
