As 2016 is nearly coming to a close, the return of a lot of TV series is about to come. One of the most awaited upcoming shows in January is "Shadowhunters" Season 2 and Freeform is continuously giving little hints about the TV series.
In the two new promo videos of "Shadowhunters" Season 2, it teased that the Shadowhunters will definitely be seen in a new level. However, there might be a catch with their character developments as relationships between the much-loved superheroes are about to go to some altercations.
But of course, everything is set to be fine in the end as they all have to unite to take down Valentine (Alan van Sprang) and all the demons in "Shadowhunters" Season 2. Clary (Katherine McNamara), too, will receive a forewarning, but it still not familiar with the new world that it runs to.
Moreover, the second promo video of "Shadowhunters" Season 2 is mainly focused to Malec. In "Shadowhunters" Season 1, Jace (Dominic Sherwood) got married to Lydia (Stephanie Bennett). Now, the two have to fight for their love, especially that it seem like Alec (Matthew Daddario) still has feelings for Jace.
Meanwhile, it was recently reported that a new clip of "Shadowhunters" Season 2 was also posted on the show's official Twitter page. The teaser showed Victor (Nick Sagar) and the start of his search to Jace.
In fact, Victor was introduced by Maryse (Nicola Correia-Damude) as their new head of the New York Institute and this, of course, surprised everyone in "Shadowhunters" Season 2. "We have to find Jace Wayland. He is a Shadowhunter and we don't leave our people behind," he said.
Lydia, on the other hand, began to doubt the unexpected happenings that made Victor as the leader of the company. She, too, questioned how Maryse happened to replace the said post in "Shadowhunters" Season 2 without her knowing. "Shadowhunters" Season 2 will return on Freeform on Jan. 2.
