"The Vampire Chronicles" by Anne Rice is set to be brought into the small screens. The author is now developing a TV Series for her famous novels.

According to a report in TV Line, Anne Rice has just confirmed that her famous book series, "The Vampire Chronicles" will have a hme soon on television. She shares that his has been one of her dreams for the novels. It is not just a TV series for her but a series of high quality has been her dream for the novel's characters.

This TV adaptation for "The Vampire Chronicles" is outlined by Anne Rice together with her son Christopher Rice. The TV series is set to be faithfully rendering from the book series. It soon will be the home for the famous characters in the book, Louise and Lestat.

Deadline reports that "The Vampire Chronicles" started in 1976. The first book was titled 'Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles.' It then had its film adaptation in 1994 which starred Brad Pitt as Louise and Tom Cruise as Lestat.

The sequel to 'Interview with the Vampire' is titled 'The Vampire Lestat' which was released in 1985. This has been the story all about Lestat and how he came to be a vampire for "The Vampire Chronicles." The whole book series of Anne Rice is all about the family of vampires and their origin.

Meanwhile, The Wrap reports that "The Vampire Chronicles" are mostly about the Vampire Lestat in his world during the 18th Century. The TV adaptation is most likely to start with 'The Vampire Lestat.' Anne Rice is developing the series alone. Christopher rice is set to do the first script.

 This TV series adaptation of "The Vampire Chronicles" is still on the early stages of creation. It may take some time before the series can be realized.
