‘Family Guy’ Season 15 Spoilers, News & Update: Meg Coming Out? Showrunner Hints To Explore Her Lesbian Side?

"Family Guy" Season 15 is now currently airing on Fox and one of its most known characters is Meg Griffin (voiced by Mila Kunis). However, fans might witness a change of her personality as the showrunner Alec Sulkin revealed that Meg might unveil her real identity as a lesbian.

In an interview with Split Sider, Sulkin teased that Meg might come out in "Family Guy" Season 15 but insisted that nothing is final yet. "There's one story we have, it's by no means final, but it would involve Meg coming out as a lesbian," he said.

Sulkin went on to explain that Meg's coming out would be an interesting part to see in "Family Guy" Season 15. To recall, she once pretended to be a lesbian to be accepted by the society in "Family Guy" Season 4 Episode 19 "Brian Sings and Swings," LGBTQ Nation reported.

Mirror Online, too, reported that Meg even had a sex change and became a man named Robin in an episode of "Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story." Sulkin was also asked if Meg will become a transgender man in "Family Guy" Season 15 and teased that it would be far more interesting if they can feature the two storylines about her sexuality.

"Sometimes, we do things that go against continuity. We try to explain it, but sometimes, if it doesn't fit in, we tend to make a joke about it," he added. Also, Sulkin was asked if he was going to explore the story of Meg and Chris in "Family Guy" Season 15.

"That's definitely something we're working on. We certainly try to do episodes with them... Those characters are probably the most one-dimensional on the show," he explained. "Family Guy" Season 15 is currently airing on Fox as its next episode "Carter and Tricia" will be released on Dec. 4.
