'Dark Souls 3' News & Update: From Software Plans To Release Game Series In Nintendo Switch! Port Is Confirmed Running?
From Software is rumored to have managed to run "Dark Souls 3" on Nintendo Switch and considering to release the "Dark Souls" series for the Switch soon. The decision is still under the discussion of From Software's team.
From Software is a Japanese company founded in 1986 and known as the developers of "Armored Core" and the "Dark Souls" series. The intention of From Software to re-launch "Dark Souls 3" for Nintendo Switch has ignited the interest of gamers as the game has been well-received by the critics after it was released in April 2016.
"Dark Souls 3" is an action role-playing game played in a third-person perspective. The gameplay is similar to "Dark Souls 2" which players are able to use a multitude of weapons to kill the enemies. IGN once reviewed the weapons as aggressive and multi-purpose as the weapons use its FP while allowing gamers to recover their HP.
According to Let's Play Video Games, one of its sources revealed that From Software have managed to port and run "Dark Souls 3" on Nintendo Switch. The source said that the developer doesn't have plans yet to release the game. The team is currently in the discussion whether the release of "Dark Souls 3" to Nintendo Switch will be profitable.
In addition, the source also revealed that From Software has been already working for several months for the port to work in Nintendo Switch. The Japanese developer is still waiting for the sales data report before it will come up with the decision of mass producing the ports.

The source confirmed it when he revealed that From Software plans to release the collection simultaneously to PS4, Xbox One and on PC with the DLC.
