'Super Mario Odyssey' Features & Gameplay: Nintendo Switch Console Confirmed, Coming Up At E3 2017

"Super Mario Odyssey", the open world sandbox game is confirmed to be released for the Nintendo Switch console in 2017. It is planned to be presented during the Summer Electronics Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles. There are many game players who are looking forward to try the game, especially now in this new console.

In a report by Eurogamer, Nintendo Switch has already launched the titles of the games, which will be released this year. One of the games in the list, which were revealed on March 3, 2017 was "Super Mario Odyssey" along with the other games like "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild", to name a few.

It can be recalled that Nintendo Switch was formerly known as Nintendo NX. This is a portable handheld console that is powered by Nvidia Tegra Technology. It is equipped with controllers that can be detached and can be connected to a TV. According to Gamerant,  that Nintendo American has plans on making the launch of the "Super Mario Odyssey" on the Switch for the E32017. There is even a plan to encourage the participants to try the new game with the Switch.

While Nintendo Switch had been launched in March, "Super Mario Odyssey" will still be in June, that is three months of waiting for those who would like to play the game. As to the gameplay, Shigeru Miyamoto, the creator of the game assured the fans that they will have more access to the game. Additionally, he revealed that the new gameplay will be "action-driven" governed by the accompanying elements and mechanics of the game.
