Fans might see a lot of changes in the return of "Longmire" Season 5 on TV. It was first reported that Walt (Robert Taylor) and Vic (Katee Sackhoff) might take their relationship to the next level. Now reports say that Henry (Lou Diamond Phillips) and Walt's friendship, on the other hand, may come to an end.
Henry & Walt's Friendship
In an interview with Access Hollywood Live, Lou Diamond Phillips revealed that his character is, actually, living with two personas. Walt didn't know that Henry is also a vigilante that he might now discover in "Longmire" Season 5 that will affect their bond. However, the 54-year-old star hinted that his role will not be in jail as there will be a different twist that fans should wait to see.
Lou Diamond Phillips also added that Henry and Officer Mathias (Zahn McClarnon) could possibly have a deal if he continues his works as Hector. "Henry was being carted off to jail by Zahn McClarnon, who plays Mathias. In that scene, you will see what happens - if they cut a deal," the director explained. "Henry will be continuing his dual role as Hector, the sort of vigilante, justice-bringer to the reservation, which will put him on a collision course with Walt Longmire, his best friend."

Meanwhile, Ecumenical News reported that "Longmire" Season 5 might finally address the romantic relationship between Vic and Walt. If the next installment will follow Craig Johnson's "Walt Longmire Mysteries" series, the two's romance will definitely go further. In a snap shared by Katee Sackhoff on Instagram, she gave a glimpse of her and Robert Taylor's character in uniform.
Although the picture seems to be normal in production photo, some believe there's something romantic between the two. But, in "Longmire" Season 4, Walt is still having an affair with Donna (Ally Walker). It looks like the deputy chief has a lot of things to iron before he and Vic will finally be together. "Longmire" Season 5 will return on Sept. 23 on Netflix.
