There's a lot of news coming out of "Flash" season 3, as production is currently underway for the show's upcoming season. Returning this October, the Andrew Kreisberg production will see additions to the guest cast, as it welcomes several villains into the show.
Last week, Kreisberg hinted at Entertainment Weekly that there's a possibility that viewers could get to se more of the Black Flash very soon despite them having no immediate plans for it He said that the team enjoyed working with actor Teddy Sears, who has also appeared in FX's "American Horror Story." Kreisberg said that Sears "was so much a part of the success of this show last season."
Meanwhile, more new faces are set to arrive on "Flash" season 3, as Comic Book reports that the first unofficial look at Joey King as Magenta has arisen. The 17-year old actress, who has appeared in films "The Dark Knight Rises," "The Conjuring" and "White House Down," is set to play the role of the villain. She even took to Twitter to share a photo of herself with violet-colored eyes and red-streaked hair.

King also previously appeared in FX's "Fargo" and the film "Independence Day: Resurgence." Meanwhile, she is heading to "Flash" season 3 as the villain Magenta, A.K.A. Frankie Kane, who according to IGN is a meta-human who can control metal. Magenta will debut during the third episode of the upcoming season, where she may be part of the Flashpoint storyline.
There's so much more to look forward to in "The Flash" season 3, as we recently reported that one of the characters in "The Flash"/"Supergirl"/"Arrow" multiverse will be coming out as gay. There's also the "Flash"/"Supergirl" musical crossover episode which is rumored to be directed by Joss Whedon.
"The Flash" season 3 returns this October 4 at 8 p.m. on The CW.
