Niantic has released some major updates to "Pokemon Go" that will make the playing experience for the Pokemon trainers much easier than before. The latest updates were mostly the answers for the player's feedback to the game, the "Pokemon Go" version 0.49.1 for Android and 1.19.1 for iOS phones were released December 7.

One of the major updates for "Pokemon Go" is the transferring of Pokemon one by one to Professor Willow to obtain certain candies but now players can transfer Pokemon in groups. In order for players to transfer multiple Pokemon they have to press and hold the chosen Pokemon according to their official blog.

"Pokemon Go" players can also count their Pokemon buddy's total cadies obtain when you walk a certain distance which will display in the information screen. "The total kilometer a buddy has walked has been added to the information screen of each Pokémon that has ever been your buddy," said the development team of "Pokemon Go".

Another major update on "Pokemon Go" is the new user interface of game which was improved and updated where the Pokemon's type will be shown as an icon during gym battles scenes. The notable changes that were made by Niantic are mostly from the fans and player's feedback to the game.

In the previous updates of "Pokemon Go", their latest nearby tracker were also given a fair share of complaints and feedbacks from fans especially those living in the rural areas. The new nearby trackers allows players to track a Pokemon base on which nearest PokeStop they are located.

Since there are only limited PokeStops in the rural areas for "Pokemon Go", Niantic has made a slight tweak for the new nearby trackers where the players' tracker will return to the previous version of the tracker. GameNGuide will keep you updated in the latest news and updates of "Pokemon Go"
